1. What is the difference between an 'Original' and a 'Canvas Print' or 'Art Print'?

An 'Original' is a unique, handmade artwork, while a Canvas Print or Art Print is a reproduction of the original or digital artwork, printed on canvas or paper.

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days Processed and shipped. Delivery time depends on location, with a delivery time of 5-10 business days for domestic orders and up to 20 business days for international orders.

3. How can I track my order?

After shipping, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your order through the shipping service (e.g., PostNL, UPS, DHL).

4. Can I cancel or change my order after I have placed it?

Orders are being processed quickly. Need to make any changes? Please email us at info@belindajordens.com as soon as possible.

  • Personalized work (such as Little Wings): unfortunately, once printing has started, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

  • Non-personalized products (such as art prints, canvases, and cards): you can return them within 14 days of receipt.

5. Are the colours of the product on the website the same as in real life?

Although we try to display the colours as accurately as possible, there may be a slight difference in colour due to screen settings or lighting.

6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Oops, that's obviously not the intention.
Please email me with photos within 48 hours of receipt to info@belindajordens.com and I will resolve it properly.

7. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, I ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location, which you can see at checkout.

8. How can I pay for my order?

Payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna during the checkout process.

9. Is my payment secure?

Yes. The webshop is secured with an SSL certificate (identifiable by the lock icon in the address bar). This ensures that your data is always encrypted when sent and processed securely.

10. Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with my product?

Yes, for non-personalized products the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies.
You can return it without any reason as long as the product is in original condition and packaging.
Return costs are for the customer, unless something went wrong on my end.

11. What materials are used for the products you sell?

I use only high-quality materials, such as premium canvas for prints and high-quality art paper for paper prints. The individual cards are printed locally.

12. How can I use a discount code?

During the checkout process, you can enter your discount code in the “Discount Code” field to apply the discount.

13. How can I contact you if I have a problem with my order?

14. Do you offer 'Commissioned Work'?

Yes, I will be offering commissioned work in the future. Currently, I'm still busy filling the website. Feel free to contact me for custom artwork, specific adjustments, and questions.

15. What are the different sizes of the artworks available?

I offer a wide range of sizes, from A4 and A3 to larger formats like 70 x 70 cm. Custom sizes can be made upon request.

16. Free delivery of individual cards in Schaijk, Grave and Nuland

Extra service! Do you live in Schaijk, Grave, or Nuland? Then I'll deliver your order of individual tickets to your home free of charge.

If you combine the cards with larger products, such as prints or canvases, standard shipping costs apply.

17. Why do you ask for a phone number?

Only so we can reach you if something goes wrong with the delivery. Your number will not be used for anything else, and you can leave it blank.

18. Can I add a personal note to my order?

Yes, there's an optional field for an additional note at checkout. Not required, but always welcome 💕.

19. How will my order be delivered?

All individual card orders are neatly packaged and shipped as letterbox-sized packages. So you don't have to be home to receive them.
