1. What is the difference between an 'Original' and a 'Canvas Print' or 'Art Print'?
An 'Original' is a unique, handmade work of art, while a Canvas Print or Art Print is a reproduction of the original or digital artwork, printed on canvas or paper.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on location, with a delivery time of 5-10 business days for domestic POD orders.
3. How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order via the shipping service (e.g. PostNL, UPS, DHL).
4. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders go into production quickly. Do you want to adjust something? Please email info@belindajordens.com as soon as possible.

5. Are the colours of the product on the website the same as in real life?
Although we try to display the colours as accurately as possible, there may be a colour difference due to screen settings or lighting.
6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Oh, that's certainly not what's intended.
Email me within 48 hours of receipt with photos via info@belindajordens.com and I will resolve it properly.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
I deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium. On request, I can deliver internationally.
8. How can I pay for my order?
Payments can be made via Visa, Master Card, PayPal, iDEAL|Wero, Bancontact, Klarna during the checkout process.
9. Is my payment safe?
Yes. The webshop is secured with an SSL certificate (recognisable by the padlock in the address bar). This means your data is always sent encrypted and processed securely.
10. Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with my product?
Yes, for non-personalised products, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies.
You can return without reason as long as the product is in its original condition and packaging.
Return costs are for the customer, unless something went wrong on my side.
11. What materials are used for the products you sell?
I only use high-quality materials, such as premium canvas for prints and high-quality art paper for paper prints. The loose cards are printed locally.
12. How can I use a discount code?
During the checkout process, you can enter your discount code in the “Discount Code” field to apply the discount.

14. Do you offer 'Commissioned work'?
Yes, I will offer ‘Commissioned work’ in the future. Currently, I am still busy filling the website. Feel free to contact me for custom artworks or specific adjustments and questions.
15. What are the different sizes of the artworks available?
I offer a wide range of sizes, from A4 and A3 to larger sizes such as 70 x 70 cm. Specific sizes can be made on request.
16. Free delivery of individual cards.
Extra service! Do you live near Grave? Then I will deliver your order of individual cards to your home for free.
If you combine the cards with larger products, such as prints or canvases? Then the standard shipping costs apply.
17. Why do you ask for a phone number?
Only so I can reach you if something goes wrong with the delivery. Your number will not be used for anything else, and you can simply leave it blank.
18. Can I add a personal note to my order?
Yes, there is a field for extra notes (optional) in the checkout. Not mandatory, but always welcome.
19. How will my order be delivered?
All individual card orders are neatly packaged and sent as a mailbox package. So you don't have to stay home to receive it.
